I realize that this is the third post in a row about food! :) But I had to share these with you......
I made them with the kids the other day.
You just roll up ice cream into balls, then put them back in the freezer for about 15 mins to freeze (I know pretty brilliant eh! :). Then roll the balls in coconut, and then put a noes and some buttons on! :) and then you have a SNOWMAN!
Pretty easy eh?
